Now celebrating its 13th year, MDA’s Muscle Team is a high profile sports dinner where professional athletes join together to put their muscle behind the search to find treatments and cures for neuromuscular diseases. Each athlete is paired with a MDA Buddy, a local child living with muscular dystrophy. YOU can ensure the MDA Muscle Team’s success by lending your support! The season starts with a Kick-Off Cocktail reception on November 16th, 2009 at the Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers and culminates on January 5th, 2010 at the Muscle Team event, which consists of pre-dinner cocktails, dinner and a chance to mingle with athletes, celebrities and top business executives.
